About the Imam

Imam Abdur Rashid is serving our community as a prayer leader at the mosque Darul Uloom Florida, since 2008 until the present. He is conducting the following services:
  • Leading daily 5 times prayers
  • Friday speech and ceremonies (Khutbah)
  • Weekdays youth and adults memorization of the Holy Qur’an
  • Weekend Qur’an class for children (Maktab)
  • Weekly Quran translation and explanation class (Tafseer)
  • Nightly Hadeeth class
  • Marriage and wedding ceremonies (Nikah)
  • Multiple events and activities in the holy month of Ramadan
  • 2 annual Eid services
You are welcome to visit the Masjid during it's operating hours. The Imam is available to answer your questions about Islamic Faith and help you understand Islamic ruling on any issue.
